Thank you for supporting our business! We want you to love your journal, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
— Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your item is damaged or defective
— To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
— To start a return, please email contact@visionsbyal.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Note: We do not accept returns for used products, due to the nature of stationery and hygiene standards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If your product arrives damaged or misprinted, we will:
• Offer a full refund, or
• Send a replacement when the journal is returned (your choice)
Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or sent in error.
