Processing Time

At Visionsbyal, we are committed to getting your orders to you reliably. All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination.

Domestic Shipping

• Standard Shipping: Typically 2-4 business days after processing

International Shipping

We offer standard and tracked shipping options for international orders. Price will vary based on location. We currently do not offer shipping outside the UK. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
